MPTC Annual Fast 40 Tournament -June 26th

Details and Description
Participate in a doubles tournament run by head pro Matt with an assortment of delicious food included!
Cost is $20 per member to be paid by credit card within 15 minutes of registration. If the event is cancelled (say due to rain) you will have your $20 refunded to your credit card.
Sign up begins June 1st. There are 40 slots and a wait list will be in use. Spots go quickly!
Tournament is open to adult members rated 2.5+.
Encourage your fans to sign up to eat and cheer you on under the "Fast 40 Tournament - Observer's Sign-Up". (Also in Court Reserve under Events.)
Note that withdrawals from the event will result in a refund of the amount paid less $5. (Refunds are work - so please register when you know you can come.)

Tournament Format
There will be two groups of 20 (A and B) playing doubles on 5 courts
Group A plays for 30 minute intervals at 6/7/8pm and group B plays at 6:30/7:30/8:30pm in a round robin format, with new partners assigned for each half hour.
Matt will assign each rotation with the starting rotations to be emailed to the participants
Report your scores to Matt after each round
After 3 rounds, players with the top 8 individual scores from each group will make the playoffs
All participants can stay to cheer on the finalists
Sign Up for Next Session of House League
We are more than halfway through the first session of House League (session finishes June 23), and registration opens June 1st in Court Reserve for the second session!
The second session of House League will run from July 7 to August 25 on Sundays from 6-8pm. You will be guaranteed to play 3 out of the 7 weeks with the last week reserved for a playoff.
There is no team format this season – instead players will be individually ranked. There will be a charge of $5 for the House League to cover the cost of prizes. Thus, if you missed the first session and want to join in on the fun, and/or are having so much fun you want to continue, don’t delay and sign up now! Registration will close June 30th (or whenever capacity is reached).
